We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Coordinator with a strong understanding and hands-on experience in web development, particularly WordPress and digital marketing. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating tasks across our social media, digital marketing, and WordPress development teams, ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, track, and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Serve as the bridge between the marketing and development teams for seamless collaboration.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
Oversee content scheduling and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Work closely with the WordPress development team to manage website updates, new feature rollouts, and bug fixes.
Assist with website content updates, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure the website provides a high-quality user experience aligned with marketing goals.
Communicate project requirements clearly to designers, developers, and marketing professionals.
Monitor workloads, allocate resources effectively, and help remove bottlenecks.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Familiarity with social media management digital marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with WordPress (content updates, plugin/theme management, basic troubleshooting).
Understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO).
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar analytics/SEO platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
