We are seeking a skilled Project Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. This role is pivotal in driving business decisions through data-driven strategies, ensuring that we remain competitive in our industry. Responsibilities: * Enable smooth day-to-day project execution by effectively managing schedules, meeting logistics, documentation, and providing administrative, procurement, and logistics support to ensure project momentum.
Foster strong stakeholder relationships and team collaboration through clear verbal and written communication, facilitating seamless coordination across departments and external vendors.
Enhance project delivery efficiency by managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail in documentation and reporting, and tracking deadlines to maintain timely execution.
Support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency by leveraging project management tools (MS Office, MS Project, SAP) and performing basic data analysis to provide accurate insights.
Drive continuous progress by proactively addressing challenges, adapting to evolving project needs, and making informed decisions that keep the project on track.
Maintain transparency and accountability through the preparation of project status reports, documenting meeting outcomes, tracking follow-ups, and preserving process knowledge for future reference
