Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager /productionin
planning, organising, and monitoring
project activities
Coordinate with
clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments
for smooth workflow
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
for management and clients
Monitor project schedules, update timelines, and follow up on site requirements
Arrange
material submittals, approvals, and deliveries
as per project timelines
Maintain accurate
project documentation, drawings, and approvals
Attend
site meetings
and prepare minutes of meetings
Ensure compliance with
quality and safety standards
at all times
Requirements:
candidate
with minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a Project Coordinator in
joinery, interior fit-out, or construction projects
in UAE
Strong knowledge of
joinery processes, materials, and installation techniques
Excellent
communication, coordination, and organisational skills
Proficient in
MS Office, AutoCAD (basic viewing), and project scheduling tools
