Job Description

-Bachelor's degree in B-Tech, Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other relevant

-Minimum 2/4 years of experience in marble works

Defining Project as Per Received PO/Agreement and Quotation.

Create necessary PRS for Services like Marble fixing, 3rd Party marble finishing, 3rd Party Tests required as per projects, Hiring Vehicle.

Create GRN and relevant certifications based on engineer's certification for Sub-contractors.

Feed RR Certified quantities monthly after the approval of GM & FM.

Create Invoice in oracle as per received PC confirmed from Site engineer and GM.

Distribute templates for Customer Payment Applications, Cutting order delivery and inventory purpose of individual projects.

High end multiple projects Tracking files with access for Production and Site team.

Monthly Revenue Recognition with Provision for sub-contractors involved projects as per the certification and data's provided by engineers.

Arrange Daily delivery schedule and Workforce deployment Schedule.

Reconciliation reports required by Management.

Coordination with site team and technical draftsman for drawing submissions, Site measurement, Cutting Orders & Fabrication Drawing compliance.

Prepare Necessary documents required for Projects like Submittals (for Accessories, Material, Drawing, MSRA, RFI etc.)

Prepare emails and replies for technical related issues, payment certifications and other pending approvals from Client (Contractor, Consultant & Clients)

Monitor and ensure Documentation for Project related letters, emails & Invoices etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
