Maxplus Exhibition & Events is looking for an experienced
Project Coordinator
with a strong background in
exhibition stand production and event-related projects
. This role is strictly for candidates who have
hands-on experience in exhibitions, events, or fit-out works
.
We are
not
looking for general office coordinators. Candidates must understand production, site coordination, and event timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate exhibition stand production, events, and related projects
Liaise with designers, production team, suppliers, and clients
Manage project timelines, materials, and site activities
Coordinate installation, dismantling, and on-site supervision
Follow up on approvals, drawings, and material requirements
Ensure projects are completed on time and as per specifications
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years experience
in
exhibition stands / events / fit-out industry
Strong knowledge of exhibition production processes
Experience in site coordination, installation & dismantling
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
UAE experience preferred
