Handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.
Provides support to the Projects team and acts as main interface between the department and other departments internally and externally with clients throughout project lifecycle.
Documentation is a key responsibility, ensures that all project requirements are documented including documenting outcomes of design workshops, meetings with consultants, updates required for other departments
Administration of timelines and project progress and follow through where necessary amongst project development team.
Monitors and reports work progress and flow of design information.
Assists in research pertaining to electro mechanical engineering industry.
Coordinates activities of project team members.
Preparation of official documentation such as letters, memo's, Operating computers to produce a variety of charts, Gantt charts etc.
Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
Responsible for Safety measures at the workplace.
Participating in the CSR activities.
Qualification requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical
2-3 years of experience in electrical design and supervision and installation of electrical installations.
Extensive knowledge of IEEE, NEC, NESC, and other governing standards for design and implementation of electrical installations.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
Electrical engineering degree, with 3 years of experience in the field of design, production, quality control and marketing.
In depth knowledge of all IEC standards for LV Switchgear and Control gear, local utility regulations (ADDC, DEWA, SEWA, FEFA), consultant specifications. Conversant with Quality Management Systems
