Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily project activities and assist the Project Manager with planning and scheduling. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports. Liaise with engineering, mechanical, electrical, and fabrication teams. Review work orders, technical drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for materials and services. Maintain project documentation, job cards, material requests, and completion reports. Support budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing processes. Ensure compliance with marine regulations, class requirements, and safety standards. Assist in preparing risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in ship repair, shipyard operations, or marine engineering. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
