Ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses to avoid project delays.
Track and monitor the approval process, escalating issues when necessary.
Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of work permits and approvals.
Support the project team with administrative coordination tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a Project Coordinator in construction/fit-out/MEP projects
Preparing, submitting, and following up on project related
work permits, approvals, and NOCs
required for project execution.
Immediate joiner required.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
