Rich Route Technical Services is looking for a proactive and technically skilled
Project Coordinator
to support and manage day-to-day maintenance and project operations. This role involves coordinating materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution and high-quality service delivery.
The Project Coordinator will act as a key link between customer support, technical teams, and external service providers, providing scheduling, operational, and administrative support. A strong technical background is essential for accurate quotations, planning, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily maintenance and project schedules, including technician access and job prioritization
Liaise with customer support, landlords, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely task completion
Monitor escalation channels and report critical issues to the Maintenance Manager
Maintain project trackers, preventive maintenance schedules, and job records
Update daily team rosters based on workload and technician availability
Track material usage and update inventory records
Schedule project teams and site inspections for approved works
Prepare project quotations based on inspection reports, materials, and labor estimates
Requirements:
Technical background in
MEP or a related field
Strong understanding of maintenance and project coordination
Ability to interpret inspection reports and prepare accurate quotations
Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
