Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Projects Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the interior fit-out industry, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage project documentation, approvals, and coordination between design, procurement, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely progress across all project
stages.

Review AutoCAD drawings and assist with 3D visualization(added advantage). Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. Liaise with Dubai authorities for project submissions, permits, and approvals. Ensure drawings comply with Dubai authority standards and regulations. Support project managers in documentation, progress reports, and site coordination. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality and compliance. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Interior Fit-out company in the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)

Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, materials, and construction detailing. Well-versed with Dubai authority standards and approval procedures. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
