Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, coordinating with teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining clear lines of communication between stakeholders. The role includes managing documentation, monitoring project progress, addressing potential risks, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and effective collaboration will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

Project management skills, including scheduling, task management, and risk assessment Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities Effective communication and coordination skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders Proficiency in using project management tools and software Attention to detail and the ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected challenges Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering Knowledge of construction, dewatering, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
Requirements:

Experience in project coordination and site support Excellent communication and reporting skills Dewatering or construction industry experience preferred
