Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project planning, documentation, communication, and follow-up to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
Coordinate between site teams, suppliers, and management.
Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records.
Track project progress and update management regularly.
Follow up on material deliveries, approvals, and deadlines.
Arrange meetings and prepare minutes of meeting (MOM).
Support project manager with daily tasks and communication.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience in project coordination .
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
