Serve as the point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Ensure smooth communication across departments and follow up on action items.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Identify delays or issues and escalate when necessary.
Prepare progress reports, status updates, and project summaries for management.
4. Resource & Logistics Management
Coordinate allocation of resources, equipment, and materials as needed.
Assist with scheduling and managing project-related logistics.
Support project team members with administrative tasks.
5. Quality & Compliance
Ensure project deliverables align with standards and client requirements.
Assist in implementing quality control processes.
Monitor compliance with company policies and project procedures.
6. Budget & Documentation
Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budget records.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
Maintain accurate filing of project correspondence, approvals, and reports.
