Job Description

We are looking to hire someone immediately for the position of Project Coordinator for our interior and fit-out division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior renovation projects and strong coordination skills to manage site operations efficiently.

Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Availability: Immediate
Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily project activities and ensure site works are progressing as per schedule. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, verify quality, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Assist the Project Manager in planning, documentation, and timely delivery of materials and manpower. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation. Identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times. Manage communication and follow-up on variation works, approvals, and project-related correspondence.
Requirements:

Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects. Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Must be available to join immediately.
