Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional communication.
Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare, review, and organize project documents, reports, and correspondences.
Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and required documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
Track project timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Schedule site inspections and support field team requirements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for each project.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes when required.
Support management with project reporting and administrative tasks.
