Key Responsibilities
Enquiry & Estimation
Review client enquiries and project documentation (drawings, BOQs, specs).
Coordinate internally to gather input for pricing and technical feasibility.
Client Communication & Quotation Management
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and pricing packages to clients.
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and clarify any technical queries.
Maintain logs of enquiries, quotations, and client correspondence.
Assist in tracking bid status, wins/losses, and client feedback.
