Key Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and executing exhibition projects.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure project requirements are met.
Liaise with clients to gather project specifications and provide regular updates.
Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, contracts, and progress reports.
Source and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors.
Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
Arrange transportation, installation, and dismantling of exhibition materials.
Support on-site project execution during exhibition setup and teardown.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at exhibition venues.
Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot problems during event execution. Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the exhibitions/events industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
