Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of projects, from initiation to completion.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Track deliverables, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
Support in procurement coordination, vendor management, and material approvals.
Organize meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
