Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities across multiple sites.
Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients to obtain necessary
work permits, approvals, and NOCs
.
Prepare and submit required documentation for permits and approvals in a timely manner.
Follow up with municipalities, developers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and timely clearance of documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all project requirements are met.
Maintain up-to-date project records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Assist in procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor and report project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
construction, fit-out, or MEP projects
.
Proven experience in handling
project-related approvals, permits, and NOC processes
with local authorities (e.g., municipality, civil defense, utility providers).
Strong understanding of
construction and MEP workflows, documentation, and project coordination
.
Familiarity with UAE/Dubai (or relevant location's) authority submission procedures is a plus.
Ability to read and understand project drawings and technical documentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate joiner required.
Preference will be given to candidates having own visa/cancelled visa.
