Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue
quotations, sales orders, and job orders
for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Coordinate with
suppliers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
to ensure timely project execution.
Utilize
ERP systems
for project documentation, order processing, and reporting.
Track project progress, prepare
sales reports
and
job status reports
for management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and company standards.
Maintain detailed records of project communications, approvals, and documentation.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Identify potential delays or risks and escalate issues to management promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in project coordination (UAE or home country experience acceptable).
Prior experience in the
interior fit-out and joinery industry
is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of
ERP systems
and
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Fresh graduates with an
engineering background
and strong confidence in handling responsibilities may also apply.
