We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Coordinator
with
3-5 years of experience
in the
interior fit-out industry
. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations across commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution from mobilization to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor site activities to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
Prepare project documentation including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Support the project team with documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements:
3-5 years
of proven experience in
interior fit-out project coordination
.
Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and timelines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
