Qualifications



Project Management: Understanding of full project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); Skilled in scheduling, task, and milestone management using tools like MS Project, Trello, Asana, or JIRA. Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal/written communication, stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and conflict resolution. Organizational Skills: Expertise in documentation, reporting, meeting coordination, and time management with attention to detail. Resource & Risk Management: Ability to track resources, identify and mitigate risks, and support decision-making. Technology Proficiency: Experienced with project management, collaboration, and document management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack, Teams, Zoom) and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Budget & Vendor Management: Assist in budget tracking, cost estimation, invoicing, and vendor coordination. Quality & Performance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, support continuous improvement, and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Soft Skills & Customer Focus: Strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and client-focused approach.
