? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
? 1-3 years of experience in project coordination (marine or construction industry preferred)
? Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling & reporting
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
? Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills
? Problem-solving mindset & ability to manage multiple priorities
? Cost-conscious with knowledge of pricing & costing methods
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project scope, goals, deliverables & ensure timely execution
- Monitor site activities & address safety concerns before work commencement
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, supervisors & workforce
- Track project progress against targets & prepare regular progress reports
- Assist Sales team in site visits & preparation of quotations
- Oversee logistics for site vehicles, deliveries & material requirements
- Prepare monthly invoices & project reports in coordination with Accounts
- Liaise with HR for overtime submissions & disciplinary actions when required
- Support management in special projects, costing analysis & process improvements
