Project Coordinator

to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, fabrication, site teams, and client stakeholders. This role is key to maintaining timelines, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily schedules, site activities, and team communications Oversee the preparation, review, and approval process of technical drawings and design submissions Track project progress through reports, checklists, and handover documentation Liaise with engineers, draftsmen, and site supervisors to ensure alignment Manage approvals for samples, lighting, and design changes Attend client and contractor meetings; document MOM and follow-ups Support fabrication workflows including drawings, markings, and inspections Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminum, steel, or glass industry Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Strong communication and organizational skills UAE driving license is highly preferred Familiarity with site supervision, technical documentation, and client coordination
