Coordinate day-to-day maintenance projects and service requests.
Assist Project/Operations Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
Prepare job schedules, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure timely completion of work.
Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress updates, and issue resolution.
Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance jobs.
Track project expenses and assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, service reports, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials/services.
Support in preparing weekly and monthly project performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations in maintenance projects.
