Job Qualifications:

Must have valid UAE Driver's License

Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Printing, Signages, Exhibition is

mandatory.*
Communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written channels. Proficient in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP software. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all phases of project execution - planning, production, and delivery. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle. Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives. Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and timelines. Collaborate with design, print, production, fabrication, and installation teams. Ensure all departments are aligned on project scope, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure projects comply with safety and installation guidelines. Coordinate deliveries and on-site installations. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed. Manage project related paper works and Prepare necessary documentation such as permits, installation guides, and HSE forms etc. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions. Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

Education and Experience:

Diploma or Degree Holder in Technical or Engineering At least two years experience as a Project Coordinator
