We are 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are urgently looking for dynamic Project Coordinator highly motivated & Energetic individual, having passion for bright career and growth to be a part of our growing team.

Job Qualifications:

Must have valid UAE Driver's License

Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Printing, Exhibition is preferred. Communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written channels. Lead teams efficiently while managing tasks and fostering collaboration. Apply strong analytical thinking to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Work well under pressure while ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Organize workflows and priorities to maintain efficiency and productivity. Attentive to every detail

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives. Assist and support the sales team on managing schedules and distributing sales documentation. Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary Plan project schedules and manage team goals Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track. Manage project related paper works by ensuring all necessary materials are available To work closely with the sales team Track sales leads and client's order Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost saving measure. Liaise between other departments and the client to provide service most suitable for the client's need.

Education and Experience:

Diploma or Degree Holder in Technical or Engineering At least two years experience as a Project Coordinator
