Job Description

Administrative Support:

Project coordinators handle a range of administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and maintaining project files.

Communication & Coordination:

They act as a bridge between team members, stakeholders, and the project manager, facilitating communication and ensuring everyone is informed of project updates and potential issues.

Progress Tracking:

Monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, and ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines are crucial responsibilities.

Resource Management:

Coordinators help manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient utilization.

Documentation:

They create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

Risk Management:

Project coordinators may be involved in identifying potential project risks, assessing their impact, and suggesting mitigation strategies.

Problem Solving:

They contribute to problem-solving efforts by addressing challenges in project planning, execution, or resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management:

Coordinators help manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

They may participate in quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:
