Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Control Coordinator to oversee and manage cleaning service projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for executing, planning, and controlling all on-site operations, ensuring project compliance, worker registration, and successful task delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage cleaning projects assigned by the operations department

Register workers under each project and ensure proper documentation

Obtain required work permits, site access approvals, and safety clearances

Develop detailed project execution plans, including timelines and team schedules

Allocate workforce and form task-based teams according to project scope

Define and assign responsibilities to each group clearly

Monitor day-to-day progress and track project milestones

Coordinate stage-by-stage handover of completed areas to the client

Report project status regularly to management

Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and quality standards on site

Handle last-minute project adjustments or workforce reallocation if needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in project coordination or site supervision (cleaning industry preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

Good knowledge of Dubai's work permit and safety procedures

Proficient in task scheduling and resource planning

English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Familiarity with MS Excel and project tracking tools
