We are seeking an experienced

Project Coordinator

to oversee our projects here in HQ - Umm Al Quwain, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders. The role requires strong management skills, and a deep understanding of construction standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of project engineering from initiation to completion. Serve as the primary contact person between the management, stakeholders and the construction team, ensuring effective communication and attending to any issues or concerns that may arise. Assist in coordinating and supervising daily site activities to ensure project timelines are adhered to. Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow. Monitor site progress and promptly report any delays, issues, or changes to management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee the delivery and storage of construction materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records and reporting project progress to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering construction management, or related field. 5 years of experience preferably from related industry. 2 Years minimum experience in supervision of commercial, residential and high-rise building project is a must. Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
