Job Description

Build Station, a global leader in premium designer ceramic surfaces, sanitaryware, tiles, and building materials, is seeking a Project Sales Coordinator specializing in Sanitaryware & Tiles. This role is pivotal in supporting the Project Sales team by managing quotations, proposals, and light orders, ensuring the seamless coordination of sales activities and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation Management

Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for sanitaryware and tile projects, tailored to client specifications.

Proposal Creation

Develop comprehensive project proposals and presentations that highlight Build Station's premium offerings and competitive advantages.

Order Processing

Handle light orders and ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and processed in a timely manner.

Sales Team Support

Assist the Project Sales team by coordinating the sampling requirements, documentation, submittals, and providing administrative support.

Client Communication

Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding quotations, order statuses and delivery updates

Data Management

Maintain accurate records of quotations, proposals, and orders using CRM tools and internal databases.

Follow-Up

Proactively follow up on pending quotations and proposals to support the sales team in closing deals.

Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, procurement, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination in sanitaryware, tiles, or a related industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations and proposals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools Understanding of the sanitaryware and tiles industry

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
