Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and status reports.
Schedule internal and client meetings, including logistics and agendas.
Coordinate cross-functional team communication to ensure task completion.
Monitor project budgets and handle procurement-related paperwork.
Identify risks or delays and report them promptly to project leadership.
Support quality assurance by reviewing outputs for compliance with requirements.
Organize post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written.
