1. Generates Method Statement for Client's approval by well points, deep wells, sump pumps
or trenching system.
2. Estimates, prepares and assigns resources such as manpower, materials, consumables,
equipment & tools required prior to execution of project.
3. Interprets construction drawings received from Clients and studies Dewatering
Requirements.
4. Making plans, schedules and providing support to the team contributing to the smooth
function.
5. Coordinates with Clients for documents required for NOC and Technical submittals.
6. Ensuring that CAD files for Drafting works are available regards to discharge piping
arrangement, discharge route plan, excavation and electrical layouts.
7. Ensuring that exact equipment in Material Requisition for delivery is correct about electric
motor cables, submersible pumps, diesel generators, centrifugal pumps, distribution boards
and control panels required at sites.
8. Monitoring site activities by gathering reports (Site work done, SMR, Daily checklists).
9. Ensuring that Operation Engineers are full equipped with latest Method Statement and
project information.
10. Ensuring that enough Diesel fuel is available at site for continuation of site operations.
11. Addresses and solves day to day project challenges independently. Initiates and anticipates
arising issues to the Operations Manager.
12. Attend and contribute information during team meetings with regards to
current/outstanding issues.
13. Updating the online server for dewatering projects for easy access.
14. Coordinates with Workshop and store for off hired equipment and materials which needs to
be demobilized from Site.
15. Creating an action items log and follows up with the responsible persons for any concerns.
16. Maintains service and company reputation by complying with municipality regulations.
17. Ensuring that NOC/Permits from Local Authorities are available at sites.
18. Keeping records associated with project license/permit/NOC applications, fees payment and
violations.
19. Filing of documents for references and records.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Coordination role, preferably within the
dewatering, construction, or infrastructure sectors
Strong understanding of construction drawings and dewatering requirements.
Familiarity with site equipment including
pumps, generators, control panels, and electrical distribution systems
