The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Retail Project Managers to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure a project's success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of multiple retail interior fitout projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Create project schedules and timelines, and assign tasks to team members
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
- Attend project meetings and provide regular project status updates
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure project quality standards are met and implement corrective actions when required.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in project management, architecture, interior design, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience as a project coordinator in a reputed Fitout or Shopfitting Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task & work under deadlines
Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid UAE Driving License
