Job Description
We are hiring Project Coordinator !!! Qualification : Civil Engineering Degree Experience : At least 10 plus years post qualification experience, out of which 7 years should be in UAE. Salary Range : AED 9000 - AED 11000 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Prepare Bid Package for all civil works in coordination with Engineering and Cost control.
- Technical evaluation of quotes received through procurement.
- Follow up for materials / shop drawings submittals from subcontractors. Review and
- Coordination of all disciplines in civil shop drawings before issuing for construction.
- Maintain complete project log and update as necessary.
- Coordinate with MEP team for all project engineering requirements.
- To supervise the production of co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are

other parties and main contractor.
- Provide reminders, in advance, to the Project Manager and Construction Manager for any
activities of all MEP trades and main contractors.
- Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the
- Follow up implementation of the Client\xe2\x80\x99s comments in a timely manner.
- Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable, to all
- Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Director,
- At project close out co-ordinate the production of \xe2\x80\x98as built\xe2\x80\x99 drawings and O&M manuals to
- Coordinate with PM and other Engineering staff.
