We are a furniture manufacturing factory based in Umm Al Quwain, looking for a project Coordinator. If you have experience in furniture and Fit-outs projects coordination, we would like to meet you. : \xc2\xb7 Managing external projects and coordinating with suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the production and site installation progress to ensure that the products as per our requirements. \xc2\xb7 Oversee site installation and furniture delivery to ensure that we are meeting the delivery date. \xc2\xb7 Planning and organizing the production schedules and communicating with clients. \xc2\xb7 Determining quality control standards. \xc2\xb7 Keep track of projects\' overall progress and update the Project Manager on daily bases with appropriate reports. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the sales, designers, factory and clients. \xc2\xb7 Attending, managing and controlling the overall deliveries and installation. \xc2\xb7 In any delivery has to attend and sign the delivery note and get clients Satisfaction Survey. \xc2\xb7 Site measurements if required. \xc2\xb7 Perform product inspections, in-process inspections and Final inspections prior to delivery. \xc2\xb7 Works closely with the Project Manager to achieve high quality works and output on furniture manufacture and installation. \xc2\xb7 Assuring timely completion of production within the given deadline. \xc2\xb7 Perform various quality control inspections, inspect the workers\xe2\x80\x99 performance, safety and tidiness of the working place to identify issues or non-conformity that need to be fixed. \xc2\xb7 Final inspection report to be prepared upon delivery and installation. . Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor in interior design, architecture or any relevant qualification. \xc2\xb7 3 to 5 years of working experience as projects coordinator for furniture and Fit-out projects. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience in interior design. \xc2\xb7 Ability to follow up with external projects. \xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication, dynamic and ability to work in a team. \xc2\xb7 Car and Driving Licensee is a must.
