Project Coordinator: Each research team has a project coordinator (PC), whose role is to not only support the team, but also liaise with local partners and suppliers. Always hired from within the country, PCs need to have excellent communication skills in both their own language and English. A PC\xe2\x80\x99s typical day involves spending a lot of time on the phone arranging meetings, as well as collating and recording information on central OBG systems such as the CRM. Providing administrative assistance and local knowledge, they are the engine of each team.
