The Role
Position Title: Project Coordinator Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading perfume companies in UAE : - Assist the Project Managers in handling the fit-out projects of all new and renovations of existing retails outlets across GCC and ensure timely completion of projects. - Coordinate with fit out contractors, mall managements, and government departments, for obtaining necessary approvals to execute the works - Closely monitor all projects, ensure completion on time, within budgets and as per expected quality standards. - Maintain logs and records of work performed, materials used & track expenditures - Identify the snags and coordinate with contractors to rectify them
Requirements
Qualifications: - Male, 38 years old and below - Must have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering \xe2\x80\x93 specialized in Interior designing - At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on the same role - Technical knowledge of reading the shop/floor layouts and drawings is a must - Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
