Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Coordinates tasks and related activities including organization and documentation of work Serves as the liaison point for projects and sharing information and directions in a timely and efficient manner
    • Provides regular status updates and reports to project leads or supervisor on the projects and initiatives through appropriate means and channels
    • Prepares communications related to projects and involved initiatives ensuring timely and concise messaging
    • Manages document/information management system ensuring appropriate access and updated information
    • Organizes meetings and pertinent events as instructed by line managers and coordinates all agreed action-plans
    • Provides efficient follow-up by ensuring that all tasks and actions are performed in accordance to set deadlines
    • Provides administrative and technical support to achieve projects’ milestones and outcomes
    • Coordinates logistics of the projects and operations completing all the procedures and follows up with external and internal parties
    • Provides customer service to students, parents and institutions as and when requested in accordance with policies and standards
    • Preparing for assigned tasks with utmost care and attention to fully understand the nature /context through review of relevant documents and information
    • Attending to assigned cases in accordance with outlined procedures and considering all the relevant evidence and information obtained
    • Inquiring, verifying and documenting all relevant details from all concerned for the purpose of arriving at an objective and fair decision in accordance with outlined processes
    • Interacting with all concerned internal and external entities (in the process of completing their assigned tasks
    • Providing prompt relevant information and helping to resolve issues related to assigned projects and/or customer complaints
  • • Analyzing data or Information — Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information and channeling for process or policy amendments. • Attending to miscellaneous tasks and/or assignments as assigned by Project lead/line manager

Higher Diploma or Bachelors Good communication in speaking and writing in Arabic and English
