Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project timelines.
Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
Organize and manage project documentation and approvals.
Support in resource allocation and logistics planning for events and installations.
Address issues, delays, or conflicts promptly and escalate when necessary.
Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Events, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Must be flexible to work on-site and during events as required.
