Coordinate and support project activities across multiple departments.
Liaise with internal teams as well as external vendors and clients, monitor timelines, and promptly flag any deviations.
Prepare and assist with proposals during tendering, planning, and project initiation phases.
Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize ERP systems to organize projects, and track budgets, resources, and key milestones.
Identify potential risks--whether technical, financial, or operational--and escalate issues in a timely manner.
Maintain timely communication and follow up on project deliverables to secure milestones.
Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.
Minimum 2-3 years of project coordination experience within Engineering, Procurement or Construction environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software/tools.
