Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Liaise with relevant ministries for approvals and permits related to civil works. Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) professionals, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, schedule timelines, and report on project status to management. Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Support the preparation of technical and progress reports. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Must hold a valid UPDA certification in Qatar. Proven experience in civil engineering, with a solid understanding of project management principles. Knowledge of documentation processes, ministry approvals, and inspection requirements. Experience in facilities management and MEP works is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Arabic and English is a plus. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for immediate joining.
