We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can support project planning, documentation, communication, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate between design, estimation, procurement, and site teams for smooth project workflow.
Prepare project schedules, documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
Track project progress and highlight delays or issues.
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and work updates.
Assist in preparing technical submissions, drawings, and approvals.
Maintain project files, logs, and communication records.
Requirements:
2-4 years UAE experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
