to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in coordinating site activities, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders. Experience in the contracting industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment with project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, variation orders, and progress reports.
Act as a point of contact between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items with all project stakeholders.
Track and monitor project milestones and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports for client submission.
Liaise with authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense) for inspections, NOCs, and permits.
Monitor material delivery schedules and support procurement coordination with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance is maintained at all times.
Support project closeout documentation, handover packages, and snagging processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a contracting or construction firm in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority procedures, and site operations.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
