Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will oversee cleaning service projects from scheduling to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations and cleaning schedules for multiple sites
Communicate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction
Assign and manage cleaning teams to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain project documentation including contracts, checklists, and reports
Address and resolve issues or complaints promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience in project coordination or operations (preferably in cleaning or facilities management)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Flexible availability (some evening/weekend oversight may be required)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
