Key Responsibilities:*
- Inter-department coordination and client liaison
- LPO preparation and invoicing
- Sales order preparation and tracking
- Monthly attendance and overtime sheet management
- HR and admin coordination
- Quotation and material submittal preparation
- Billing and tracking of all works
- MIS reporting and tracking
- Day-to-day operations management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
