Job Posting: Project Coordinator & Executer (Fit-Out Specialist)

As a Project Coordinator & Executer, you will be the vital link between our clients, design teams, and on-site construction teams. You will be responsible for overseeing fit-out projects from the initial planning stages right through to the final handover. Your deep understanding of fit-out processes and material finishes will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate all project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Schedule and lead project meetings, preparing and distributing minutes and action plans.
Fit-Out Execution & Site Supervision:
Oversee the day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays proactively.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality control.
Materials & Finishes Expertise:
Utilize your mandatory knowledge of fit-out materials (e.g., gypsum, MDF, wood, glass, metal) and finishes (e.g., paints, laminates, veneers, tiles, flooring).
Assist in the selection and procurement of materials, ensuring they meet design and quality requirements.
Manage material deliveries, storage, and inventory on-site to prevent waste and shortages.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), variation orders, and site instructions.
Track project expenses and ensure costs are kept within the allocated budget.
Prepare weekly progress reports for management and clients.
Handover & Closeout:
Manage the project snagging and de-snagging process efficiently.
Prepare all necessary handover documents, including warranties, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.
Ensure a smooth and professional project handover to the client.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, or similar role within the fit-out and interior design/construction industry.
Fit-Out Knowledge: Mandatory hands-on experience with fit-out processes, construction methodologies, and a deep understanding of interior materials and finishes.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must for clear communication with our diverse team and clients.
Driving License: A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory for traveling between the office, project sites, and supplier locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
Proficient in using MS Office (especially Excel and Project) for scheduling and reporting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
