Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
Planning, organizing, and executing project plans.
Help coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed according to project schedules
Maintain project-related documentation
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Head of Projects Team
Assist in resolving issues or conflicts that arise during the project cycle.
Ensure project work aligns with quality standards and specifications.
Provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects Team
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a similar degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and stay organized.
Accuracy in documentation, schedules, and reports.
Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
Ability to think critically and help resolve issues quickly.
Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or management support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skills to interact with stakeholders and clients in a professional manner.
