Enable disciplined execution across Digital and AI change initiatives by providing end-to-end coordination, proactive problem solving, and GenAI-enabled productivity. The role operates as an execution backbone, ensuring initiatives are structured, aligned, and delivered on time while enabling the Digital Change Management Lead to focus on strategic outcomes. Shall be in a position to strategize and propose also ideas.
Requirements
Initiative Coordination & Execution
Coordinate multiple Digital Change initiatives in parallel, managing actions, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery
Apply execution rigor to maintain momentum across fast-moving, cross-functional initiatives
Critical Problem Solving
Use structured problem-solving to resolve scheduling conflicts, unblock stalled actions, and close information gaps.
Anticipate execution risks early and propose pragmatic mitigation actions
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
Act as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders and external partners to source information, confirm participation, and drive timely responses
Maintain clear communication flows to minimize delays and misalignment
Scheduling & Logistics Management
Own calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and sequencing of workshops, enablement sessions, and leadership touchpoints
Ensure objectives, agendas, materials, and outcomes are clearly defined and executed
GenAI-Enabled Productivity
Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate research, prepare communications, summarize meetings, generate trackers, and structure initiative documentation if and when needed
Work closely with the Digital Change Management Lead to structure and operationalize Digital Change initiatives from concept to execution
Support communications, learning activities, and adoption campaigns
Operational Discipline & Reporting
Maintain action logs, confirmation trackers, attendance records, and follow-up plans
Provide concise, insight-driven status updates highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions
Required Experience & Proficiencies
2-3 years of proven coordination experience, supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives in digital, transformation, PMO, or change environments
Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, follow-ups, confirmations, and delivery tracking with high reliability
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Practical proficiency in GenAI tools (AI copilots, prompt-based research, summarization, content structuring)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environment.
