Job Purpose:



The Project Coordinator - Subsidiaries is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between Serdal Holding and its subsidiaries. The role supports project tracking, documentation, and communication to enable efficient operations, timely deliverables, and aligned performance across all entities.

Key Responsibilities



Cross-Department & Subsidiary Coordination



Facilitate effective communication and workflow between Serdal departments and all subsidiaries. Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure timely submission of pricing, quotations, and proposals.

Project Monitoring & Follow-Up



Track project progress across all subsidiaries, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met. Identify delays, bottlenecks, or gaps and escalate concerns where necessary.

Reporting & Documentation



Prepare consolidated performance updates and activity reports for the BDM. Coordinate project-related documentation, compliance requirements, and approvals with subsidiaries. Maintain organized records of project documents, follow-ups, and communications.

Meeting & Engagement Support



Attend external high-level meetings with the BDM and prepare accurate meeting minutes and action points. Assist subsidiaries with scheduling client visits, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring overall readiness for engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project tracking tools. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Skills



Experience in coordinating work across multiple business units or subsidiaries. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced or changing environments.
